I've updated a number of the shared library files recently and added a couple for dash icons as SVG.

These need to be reconciled in oik-libs.

libs/bobbforms.php	Don't include SERVER_PORT in `bw_current_url()`
libs/class-oik-svg-icons.php	New for SVG dash icons
libs/oik-autoload.php	Don't `gob()` when class OIK_autoload not available
libs/oik-dash-svg-list.php	New for SVG dash icons
libs/oik-shortcodes.php	Enable oik shortcode for `term_description`

There've been other changes to oik in 2023. These now need to be reconciled for WordPress 6.3. See #18
