Support PHP 8.3 #21

Update code to run without problems in PHP 8.1, PHP 8.2, and PHP 8.3 with WordPress 6.4.2

Also, change oik-loader-mu to remove the call to bw_backtrace that causes a Fatal error when oik-bwtrace is not activated as an MU plugin.

Delivered in v1.4.3 and then again in the next commit that removed a call to bw_trace(). Installed on wp-secrets.co.uk and blocks.wp-a2z.org
