Peaceful coexistence with WordPress 5.0 / Gutenberg #9

i.e. Test with WordPress 5.0, Gutenberg 4.6.1 and PHP 7.1

The oik-nivo-slider's [nivo] shortcode should operate correctly with Gutenberg / WordPress 5.0 but we need to test its compatibility. Since oik-nivo-slider is dependent upon oik and oik v3.2.8 is the first official version compatible with Gutenberg then it's not unreasonable to up the dependency on oik to v3.2.8

This issue basically supersedes #5, #7 and #8
