Test with WordPress 5.9.3 and PHP 8.0 with PHPUnit 9 reconciling improvements from the UK English translation

Even though I never completed #5, oik-privacy-policy is still being used. It should be retested with WordPress 5.6 and potentially marked Gutenberg compatible, even though it doesn't create Gutenberg blocks.

Note: The PHPUnit tests failed before I started raising this issue.

• The tests failed due to the en_GB language files being translated differently from the automated translations.
• The plugin does not implicitely call load_plugin_textdomain(), so the language files are loaded from the wp-content/languages folder rather than the plugin's languages folder.
• The UK English translators had improved the punctuation and a few other things such as changing e.g. to eg.

Proposal:

• [x] Update the source to reflect the English language translations.
• [x] Update the test files to reflect the changes.

Is it worth doing the following:

• [ ] Update the plugin to support Gutenberg by creating blocks.
• [ ] Make it independent of oik by using shared libraries; see how it was done for oik-css

On 1st May 2022, Wordfence suggested that the plugin had been abandoned. It needs to be update to reflect the fact that it still works with WordPress 5.9.3. Additionally, there were a couple of other translations in the UK English version that can be retrofitted to the US English version and re-tested.
