Add Help and Syntax for Genesis theme framework shortcodes #1

The Genesis theme framework provides 19 shortcodes, 7 prefixed footer_ and 12 prefixed post_. For the Dynamic API reference it would be nice to have the Help and Syntax, and perhaps some examples.
