To be able to record a block or block example's dependency on other plugins.
These are the mandatory dependencies that must be satisfied for the block or block example to operate correctly.

Use the _oikp_dependency field defined for https://github.com/bobbingwide/oik-plugins/issues/20
Register the field for block and block_example CPTs.
