Remove compatible with shortcake field #86

The shortcake plugin was an experiment a few years ago. I don't think anyone's interested in it anymore. Can we just remove the "Compatible with shortake?" checkbox?

OK, removed from oik-shortcodes but not from oik itself. Delivered in v1.41.1
