Blocks not registered in oik downloaded from WordPress.org #208

On a new site I installed oik from wordpress.org. The blocks didn't appear in the editor. But were registered on the front end. Switching to the version of oik from oik-plugins resolved the issue.

This has now been fixed with oik v4.8.2 delivered to wordpress.org on 30th August and oik-plugins on 5th Sep.
