Update to the latest @wordpress/scripts package

It's a year since I updated the wp-scripts package.

Requirement

I need to deliver oik v4.9.1 or v5.0.0 to cater for changes in WordPress 6.3

Proposed solution

... so it's time to rebuild the blocks.

Latest version of wp-scripts is now 26.16.0 Update to latest version, and rebuild.

oik v4.10.3 was built with 27.4.0 latest version of wp-scripts is now 27.6.0

Latest version of wp-scripts for WordPress 6.5 is 27.9.0. I also need to explicitely use the clsx packages, which replaces the classnames package. See https://github.com/bobbingwide/bobbingwide/issues/122
