Rename to sb-children-block

Requirements

• Make the children-block available on wordpress.org as a single block plugin.

Suggested implementation

• [x] Rename children-block to sb-children-block
• [x] Rename plugin file to sb-children-block
• [x] Use sb for the prefix instead of oik.
• [x] Use sb-children-block for the text-domain
• [x] Extract the parent-block to a separate plugin - sb-parent-block - see https://github.com/bobbingwide/sb-parent-block
• [x] Delete the parent-block code
• [x] make the plugin available from oik-plugins.com

• [x] submit the plugin to wordpress.org.

  Once accepted:

• [x] create the SVN version
• [x] update the entry on oik-plugins.com
• [x] test the plugin installation from wordpress.org
  • [x] test plugin installation and immediate use from wordpress.org

I've made the changes. Now I need to submit the plugin to wordpress.org. And prior to that I need to make the plugin available from oik-plugins.com

This nearly worked. The plugin was installed but the block didn't work. I don't know why... probably an issue associated with server side rendering. See https://github.com/bobbingwide/sb-children-block/issues/11#issuecomment-670937070
