Update to wp-scripts v26.18.0 #3

sb-prevnext-block was built with wp-scripts v12.1.1. Current version 26.18.0

Requirement

Update the plugin to build with the latest version of wp-scripts

Solution

Update package.json to implement the required scripts ( see sb-post-edit-block )
Remove webpack.config.js from current directory
Rebuild using npm run dev then npm run build
