Should we use the https protocol when requesting data from tidetimes.co.uk or tidetimes.org.uk Should we force the https protocol by automatically adjusting the tideurl= parameter value?

In the UK tides block the tideurl is created from the Site and Port attributes. The https: is automatically prepended. Anyone using the shortcode will have to set the scheme manually for the tideurl= parameter.
