Copy meta box doesn't work in development

Problem

The ACF Group meta box entitled Copy doesn't work in my development environment.

Explanation

• The Copy Now button is implemented by some JavaScript called vgc_copy.js. This runs the server file called copy-fh79y739yq3.php
• The PHP routine attempts to connect to the database called wp_gardenvista at a specific IP address.
• This connection fails.
• The JavaScript doesn't know it's failed and says it's worked.
• Unless the code's been updated, which seems very unlikely, I doubt that it works in the new hosting either.

Proposed solution

• Remove the JavaScript, PHP code and the ACF Group
