Current arrangement for the Filter Search in live is:

• Building Type - checkboxes
• Material - checkboxes
• Size - Checkboxes
• Brand - Checkboxes

Consider rearranging as:

• Brand - checkboxes
• Building Type - checkboxes
• Material - checkboxes
• Size - single select dropdown list
