It seems logical that if you can't deliver a product to a particular location then you can't install it either. So it makes some sense to display the Installation section after the post code entry.
Passmores and Regency are the two brands which charge for delivery to bands 1 to 4 and don't support delivery to band 0 ( elsewhere ) See https://github.com/bobbingwide/vgc/issues/59#issuecomment-1790528030 These have been selected as the brands for which the Installation section should appear after the post code entry.
