Change "Free Delivery To Most Of The UK to "Free Delivery On Most Products" in the USP strip #73

I need to make a change on the shop page which I am struggling with. On our store page, on the top left,"Free Delivery to most of the UK" needs to be replaced with "Free Delivery on most products". Could you please help?

This text is hard coded in a template part called usp-strip.

Note: There's a Widget area called Shop Page USP Strip which must have been used at some point. This was my first port of call, but after updating it, the USP strip didn't change. I had to look into the theme's source code.
