Update to 4.8.2, 4.8.3, 4.9 and re-index

WordPress 4.8.2 was released on 19th September 2017. We will need to update to the latest level and re-index. The reference should be re-built by extracting the latest source from the 4.8.2 ZIP file.

[x] wp-a2z.org should be updated to reflect the changes.
[x] write blog posts

At the same time take the opportunity to:

[x] Update plugins and themes to the latest versions
[x] Rebuild the API ref for the plugins and themes

WordPress 4.8.3 was released on 31st October 2017. We will need to update to the latest level and re-index. The reference should be re-built by extracting the latest source from the 4.8.3 ZIP file.

Note: Parsing for WordPress 4.8.2 was completed on 26th October, but no blog posts were written due to lack of time.

WordPress 4.9-RC2 is now available. WordPress 4.9 is planned for 14th November.

WordPress 4.9 was released on 16th November. The API reference in all subdomains has now been updated to WordPress 4.9

Additionally this table reflects the latest version of the plugins and themes that have been reparsed in their appropriate repositories. Reparsing was started on the 16th November and finished on the 17th.
