Update to 5.0.3 and re-index #13

WordPress 4.9.1 was released on 29th November 2017. We will need to update to the latest level and re-index. The reference should be re-built by extracting the latest source from the 4.9.1 ZIP file.

[x] wp-a2z.org should be updated to reflect the changes.
[x] write blog posts

Notes

At the same time take the opportunity to:

[x] Update plugins and themes to the latest versions
[x] Rebuild the API ref for the plugins and themes

5.0.1-RC2 is now available. We need to update .gitignore to allow readme.html and license.txt to be checked in.

WordPress 5.0.3 was released on 9th January 2019

Marking as complete. Now that 5.1 RC 1 is available we should start planning for that version.
