Update to 5.1.1 and reindex #14

WordPress 5.1 is due on 21st February 2019. We will need to update to the latest level and re-index.

[x] wp-a2z.org should be updated to reflect the changes.
[x] write blog posts

At the same time take the opportunity to:

[x] Update plugins and themes to the latest versions
[x] Rebuild the API ref for the plugins and themes

There was a problem with Yoast SEO v9.7. But I understand 10.0 has been released so we'll have to switch to that.

The version of the wp-a2z repo on wp-a2z.org is now ahead of the GitHub version. I'll make more updates to .gitignore then attempt to update. Fingers crossed.
