Update to 4.6.1 and re-install on wp-a2z.org #2

WordPress 4.6 was released on 17th August 2016, and 4.6.1 on 7th September 2016.

wp-a2z.org should be updated to reflect the changes.

Now that 4.7 has been released, and considering that WP-a2z does not support multiple versions we can skip building the API reference. Note: the 4.6.1 snapshot was committed on 3 Oct.
