Update to 4.7.1 and re-index #4

WordPress 4.7.1, a Security and Maintenance Release, was released on 11th January 2017.

wp-a2z.org should be updated to reflect the changes. The reference should be re-built by extracting the latest source from the 4.7.1 ZIP file.
