While changing the Opacity RangeControl slider for sb-chart-block https://github.com/bobbingwide/sb-chart-block/issues/31#issuecomment-1428092458 I discovered the reason that none of the RangeControls were displaying the slider part.
I fixed this by removing the enclosing <PanelRow> and redundant <PanelBody> containers.
