Deleting should not directly delete! You lost an entire TopicSection like this. #114

When you delete a section it should not delete, it should be moved to a temporary location and then set up for deletion.

Sections and Topics should NOT be deleted straight away. Rather they should be moved to a "Recycle Bin" so that you don't mistakenly delete topics and sections!
