UI Improvements #26

My wife commented that the back-end settings section looks like crap. I agree. Any thoughts on how to make this UI nicer? (UI design is definitely my weakest point...)

Comments from Tudor: Black and white only Top bar black Back btuton UIAppearanceProxy - White on Black slider / Change Playlist button - centre or have margins same size Flat, minimalistic UI iOS8 UI kits (some free ones) - find a flat style
