I spent a while drawing the graphics for the EAIntroView pages using Inkscape, a free Mac vector drawing package. But it probably took longer than it needed to because Inkscape is quite clunky to use. (e.g. it doesn't infer guidelines from other elements on the screen, so if you want to snap a node to a guideline, you have to draw it yourself first, and even then it may or may not work. Grrr.)
Do you have any recommendations for good Mac-based vector drawing apps? Without spending a fortune on Adobe Illustrator? ;-)
