I've been using Nute/Dooku/Wat/Nest/Jango (can also sub STH or Droideka for Jango). A relic'd Nest is a major deterrent for the CLS counter. The only teams I've seen consistently beat this team are JKR, Darth Revan and relic'd Geonosians.
