Description

I wrote the proxy automation script as a hobby side-project trying to solve my personal problem in my college hostel. Also I wrote the chapter in markdown language for this particular publishing. I hope my efforts help the readers and add to their knowledge.

I've updated the README.md file.

Hello, recently the issue of creating the ".wgetrc" file got fixed. Should I merge it too?
