Instanbul no longer maintained. #12

As above, although it still builds and seems to work fine so might need to consider switching away from it, if there's a replacement.

Hey, thanks for the feedback!

I took a look at NYC about six months ago to see whether it could be a suitable replacement for Istanbul, but the NYC API didn't seem to export coverage information in a way that was easy for me to use from within Construct. I'm currently reworking the Construct internals, so it may be that Istanbul gets swapped-out for something else, where that something else is TBD. :-)
