WshShortcut only supports ".lnk" - needs ".url" support. #9

WshShortcut only considers ".lnk" files to be shortcuts, but a ".url" file can also be a shortcut. Needs some investigating and WshShortcut needs to be updated to support ".url" shortcuts.
