Updates and fixes

• Update ECS + config from bolt/core + run once
• Feature: hide listings (in addition to #6)
• Feature: hide contenttypes (adapted from #13)
• Bugfix: Fix error when taxonomies are enabeld. Fixes #11

With regards to hiding items, I think having the option to define them in sitemap's own config is a bit cleaner instead of using the core's contenttypes.yaml.
