[x] Four new time signature options available: 2/2, 3/2, 4/2, and Cut Time (an alias of 2/2). Each time signature will produce random measures equal to 2 half notes, 3 half notes, or 4 half notes, respectively.
[x] Time signatures will have the same note selections available to them as simple meters
[x] When a cut-time signature is selected, the metronome marking in the tempo setting will display a 'half note equals' symbol
[x] For playback purposes, the half note will get one beat, meaning if the tempo is set to 120 bpm, the equivalent of 120 half notes will play within the time frame of a minute.
[x] The metronome that plays during playback will also have clicks aligned to the half notes of the rhythm playing:
[x] Turning on the start-of-measure click will play a different tone every 2nd, 3rd, or 4th half note click, depending on the time signature.
[x] Turning on the count-off click will play 1 or 2 measure's-worth of half notes in the selected time signature prior to playing back the rhythm.
[x] Turning on the subdivision click will cause quarter note clicks to play, indicating the subdivisions between half notes.
[x] The standalone metronome will have no noticeable difference in playback from the 2/4, 3/4, and 4/4 time signatures.
[x] The four new time signatures will be shareable through share links.
[x] Note playback spacing algorithm is adjusted to handle the more quickly-playing notes
