[x] New category of time signatures in settings menu: Asymmetrical Meter
[x] The following time signature options available in the Asymmetrical Meter category:
[x] 5/8
[x] 7/8
[x] 3+2/8
[x] 2+3/8
[x] 3+2+2/8
[x] 2+3+2/8
[x] 2+2+3/8
[ ] When any asymmetrical time signature is selected, note group options from both simple and compound meter will be available for selection. Note the following:
[ ] Only compound note groups equal to 1 will be displayed, as it is only possible to represent 1 beat of compound meter notes with the selections above
[ ] Only simple note groups equal to 2 will be displayed, as it is only possible to represent 2 beats of compound meter notes with the selections above. Note that 2+3/8, 3+2/8, 5/8, and 2+3+2/8 will only display simple note groups equal to 1 beat, as 2 beat note groups are not possible in those time signatures.
[ ] The simple whole rest will be available, but the compound whole rest will not. The whole rest will function the same as documented in #45.
[ ] 5/8 will randomly choose a 2+3 or a 3+2 grouping per measure
[ ] 7/8 will randomly choose a 2+2+3, 2+3+2, or 3+2+2 grouping per measure
[ ] When playing back, the speed of the 8th notes will remain constant. 8th notes will be equal to one-half of the selected tempo (i.e. the "beat" in 120 bpm is the quarter note, even in compound rhythms)
[x] The MM marking in the playback tempo settings will be a quarter note
[ ] The playback metronome will function as follows:
[ ] The downbeat will play at the start of each grouping, leading to an unsteady beat when the subdivision click is turned off (ex. in 2+2+3 the metronome will sound short-short-loooong). The downbeat patterns will reflect the 2/3 combinations represented in each measure.
[ ] When the subdivision click is turned on, 8th notes will play. The downbeat and subvision patterns will reflect the 2/3 combinations represented in each measure. (ex. in 2+2+3 the metronome will sound low-high-low-high-low-high-high)
[ ] Start-of-measure click will function the same as in other time signatures
[ ] The standalone metronome will function similarly, however 5/8 and 7/8 will simply play back 2+3 and 2+2+3 respectively.
[ ] In the rendered score, time signatures will display as either 5/8 or 7/8, even if an additive time signature was selected (2+3 and 3+2 will both render 5/8, the others will render 7/8). This is due to a limitation with Vexflow (an issue has been created here: https://github.com/0xfe/vexflow/issues/987)
