Invisible bar line at beat 3-rule #57

It would be great, if rhythm-randomizer could respect the "invisible bar line"-rule: in 4/4 one should write rhythms so that the third beat always is visible. F.x. avoid dotted quarter note crossing the third beat. A 4/4-bar is easier to read, if it can be divided into two 2/4-bars.

Thank you @Oldcamel86 for the great suggestion! This behavior could fit in nicely with the addition of ties, noted in #34.
