ensure ccl:curve options are set on curve_system_manager #30

Hey Alex,

This gets ccl:curve options passed to the renderer. I added an additional reference to mcurveSystemManagerDefault to keep the OPTION macros working as usual, but feel free to rejig if you can see a better approach.
