update for gaffer 0.59.4, python 3 support #55

Tested with build_docker_optix.sh to make working releases for gaffer 0.59,4 for both python 2 and 3 on linux Might break docker.sh build for windows though,

Update: I've bumped the gaffer version to today's 0.59.5 and tested it and seems to work fine.

Another day, another gaffer release :) bumped the version to 0.59.6 seems to work fine as well
