Make insertion of common note starts and lengths easier

since enabling arbitrary note insertion creating quarter notes, 8ths and 16ths has become harder. make it easier.

Maybe you could just enter bar 1, then for the note start 1, 1e, 1+, 1a, 2, 2e, 2+, 2a, 3, etc. up to 4.

Then bar 2 and on you could add the same relative musical note name but it'd do the math to put it on the correct tick.
