Does not work on Windows #2

When running in a console window on Windows 7, the binary does nothing. It 
resizes the console window and just hangs. Ctrl+C does not exit the program, 
either (as expected).

it work... i compiled it on windows the exe you get in downloads section is a 
16-bit linux executable
