Added Server Birthing Process Documentation #3

Added documentation for Server Birthing processes. server-setup.md

A few comments:

  1. I think we should say that currently only ubuntu 18.04 is tested
  2. After adding key , log out and log back in again before disabling password access
  3. I think you need to chmod 600 on authorized keys
  4. After changing port, log back out and back in again before enabling firewall
  5. We need to say that people's ssh client might be different. Maybe just provide a link to how to do with putty - there are many
