Added intelligent checking for nginx and Apache #4

Hello @bobjolliffe I have added some checking in creating instance script to check if nginx is installed or apache2. Please help to review and let me know of my buggies

Thats looking better. Did you test both apache2 and nginx?

Yes, it works better for me for both nginx and apache2

replaced by later nginx config
