Add time and date as known to the server on the top banner of the UI.

Unlikely going to be added - most users have this on their computers.

I think you are missing the point. It's not for the user to see the time, sure 
a user can see what time it is on their computer, on a watch, phone, wall 
clock, but I think the reason they were asking for the time was to easily 
verify the time that the actual server is set to to make sure it's correct.
