websever plugin blocks array from beeing stopped #17

I don't know if another addon maybe changed the shutdown script carelessly. But 
please have a look it this if it may be caused by the plugin itself.

Also for me it doesn't start automatically either. Have to do it by hand every 
time. :) No problem when not rebooting much. :)
