can't set a value in "Network idle threshold" for S3 sleep #21

I can't set any value for "Network idle threshold" to monitor traffic . thanks 
in advance.

The reel problem is, that while the value is succsessfully written to  
"./etc/s3_sleep.conf" it is not read in after refreshing the page. So it only 
seems that no value is set.
