Preclear Error 404: not found #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.downloaded latest simplefeatures 
2.install preclear simplefeature component 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Received a "ERROR 404: Not Found." after trying install in terminal using the 
"installplg simpleFeatures.disk.preclear-1.0.10-noarch-1.plg" command

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
simpleFeatures.disk.preclear-1.0.10-noarch-1.plg
unraid: 5.0-rc12a
