S3 sleep "Network idle threshold (kB/s):" doesn't show the current value #30

When using the "Network idle threshold (kB/s):" it works fine in setting the 
value in ./etc/s3_sleep.conf. But on the reload of the page it doesn't read the 
value back in to show it. So it is not possible to know (via webinterface) 
if/what value is set.

I now see, this is a duplicate albait somewhat different and more clear 
description of issue 21. I'm going to close it and comment on the other issue.
