s3-sleep-addon - add possibility unload and load modules

Hi 
Nice will be if we will be have possibility in S3 Sleep - menu of webUI 
provide wich module unload before go to Sleep and load after wake up

(provide only next option - window where we write module names)

This will be great fo people wich use more devices in unraid special - media 
like DVB tuners (wich are need this)
without unload module before sleep when we wakeup machine then devices is 
vissible like be work ...
but no signal etc. :(

Btw. Thanks for your great Job - i love your WebUI ... :)

Ability to run commands added. Without decent API from Tom & unRAID we can't 
unload modules easily. Run commands is a good alternative (eg, 
/etc/rc.d/rc.plexmediacenter stop)
