Add Option to let the mover Script run before every S3 shutdown #7

For Servers which dont run 24/7 and use a cache disk, it would be great if 
there were an Option te let the mover script run before every S3 and then let 
the Server go to sleep.

Simply enter the mover command before sleep in the GUI.
