LoTV campaign Banshee as 2 universal keys Decloack and Lift both mapped on 4, creating conflict

a solution could be to remap lift to 5 and use this opportunity to move Techlab to 4, there could be many consequences in the Campaign/Coop mess

As per mentionned on TL thread, we could think about using a single key for both burrow and unburrow, like in TheCore 4.0, because most (all?) burrowed and unburrowed units are in different subgroups

lift remapped to 5 Halt now on 5 and select worker now on 4 Minor changes in command card to adjust
