terran keys optimization #16

those may need some reshuffle:

select worker/halt
reactor/techlab/lift/land
load/unload (bunker/medivac)
load/unload (CC/PF)

It seems to me that it would be more convenient if the key lift/land were located one under the other for example: 4 - lift, R - land And the same with the Supply Depot: 4 - up, R - down
