TheCore Lite: Add Mengsk keybindings for French Azerty

This PR aims to add support for the new Mengsk coop commander released today. There are some fixes on Stetmann because of course the keybinds names had to change.

There is an issue with the enlisting of SCV/Trooper. In the game, you can switch an SCV into a trooper and vice-versa, and there are some quick buttons to change from the selected SCV/Trooper or from a structure that can change the nearby units. For consistency sakes, I tried to use the same keybinds between the Command Center, the Bunker, the SCV and the Trooper. But I didn't found any compatible keys between those 4. The related keybinds are SCVMengskEnlist and TrooperMengskEnlist.

I cannot merge it as it is, because Hotkeys are translated from master seed that is US QWERTY. I will try to update the hotkeys in the next days, and will consider trying to convert from French Azerty to US QWERTY to create seed

I could adapt easily from French AZERTY only modifications:

• 'TrooperMengskEnlistCC' on T for both bunker and CC: you're right no much room to find a common key :-D
• TerranBuild ZergBuild back on Space,C (no conflicts)
