Psi storm research not fullfilling the bridging method: on E, not on Space #7

I do remember that there are some context where Amulet +25 energy is mapped on Space, with all those researchs being supposed to be on the same key according to TheCore checks

We may think about giving more weight for Multiplayer than to other modes as a general hotkey design standard. Feel free to give your feedback as a comment

it has been chosen to get Multi consistent with PsiStorm on Space, and break +25Energy research consistency
